     KATHY CAVANAUGH, Teaching Assistant   

Kathy has been with Benton Hall since 2009.
 
     JEAN FERGUSON, Teacher   

Jean Ferguson teaches high school English and Spanish. She received her BA in Education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Professional Certification Grades 7-12.  Jean Ferguson has been teaching for over 20 years and has been at Benton Hall Academy since 1992.
 
     DENISE JOHNSON, Teacher   

Denise teaches middle school. She received her BS in Education from David Lipscomb University, Nashville.  She also is a Designated Career Level 3 Master Teacher and Certified K-9. She is currently working towards a Masters Degree from Trevecca Nazarene University and the University of Tennessee.  Johnson has over thirty years of classroom experience and has been teaching at Benton Hall Academy since 1995.
 
     ANDREA MEYERS, Teacher   

Andrea Meyers teaches middle school and manages After School Care.  She graduated Summa Cum Laude and received her BS in Special Education from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, IL as well as a Professional Certification in Special Education K-12. Ms.  Meyers has been teaching at Benton Hall Academy since January of 2006.
 
     AMY MURPHY, Teacher's Assistant   

Amy Murphy is a teaching assistant to lower and middle school.  She is currently pursuing a BA in Education from Martin Methodist College, Pulaski. Ms. Murphy has been at Benton Hall Academy for over 14 years.  In addition to being a tutor and teaching assistant, Miss Amy does morning and after school care at Benton Hall Academy.
 
     LARRY O'BRIEN   

Larry O'Brien teaches high school sciences and music.  He received his Masters in Education in Special Education from Vanderbilt University and his Bachelor of Fine Arts from the New School for Social Research.  Larry has been teaching at Benton Hall Academy since 1997.
 
     JAMES PURCELL   

James Purcell teaches high school social studies and coaches basketball and soccer.  He received his BA in Human Resources from Trevecca Nazarene University and is currently pursuing Masters of Art and Education.  Mr. Purcell has been teaching at Benton Hall Academy since 1993.
 
     TERI WINDHAM   

Teri Windham teaches high school geometry, algebra and trigonometry. She received her BA in English and Math from the University of Alabama and Masters of Education from Texas Tech University.  Teri Taylor received her teaching certificate from Sam Houston State in Huntsville, Texas.  She has been in the classroom for 13 years and has taught at Benton Hall Academy since 2005.
 
     CAM VOLKERT   

Cam Volkert teachers lower school. She received her B.A. in Communications from Belmont University and her Masters of Education in Special Education from Tennessee State University, Nashville.  She has been with Benton Hall Academy since 2005.
